Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (numerical studies as Finance, Economics is a plus).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience on a similar position, preferably working for US market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of claims processes and rebate structure.
  • Good understanding of AR balance and cash conversion cycle.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Open minded and able to adapt to the changes.
  • Good time management & organization skills.
  • “Can do” attitude, solution minded, focused on result.
  • Availability to work in the afternoon and evening hours (until 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm) as the role will support North American markets.

Your responsibilities

  • Approve/Reject Claims in Blacksmith tool related to promo activities as per agreed ToA (Table of Authority).
  • Work with Go to Market team to obtain missing information needed for claim resolution process.
  • Analysis of customer invoice and Blacksmith condition set up.
  • Prepare predictive approval request according to ToA and work with respective Go To Market for timely claim resolution.
  • Close cooperation with Bill to Cash, Credit Controllers and Go To Market teams for rejected claims.
  • Monitor open claims and drive timely solution for unresolved claims.
  • Responsible for flagging pricing issues identified in claims resolution process.
  • Process improvement for claims in markets.
  • Comply with agreed KPI/SLA.
  • Develop the knowledge of Blacksmith tool.
