Skills and requirements:
- Final year student or graduate, preferably in Economics or a related field.
- Availability to work full time.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Openness to change, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in financial or controlling matters is a plus.

The tasks you will be involved in:
- Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email and ending reminders and statements to customers.
- Escalating non-paying customers to senior credit controllers or management.
- Monitoring credit limits and notifying the team of potential risks.
- Assisting in credit checks for new customers.
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Liaising with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance) to solve account issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assisting in preparing credit control reports and updating customer information in the system.
- Handling customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve disputes.
