Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Currently a student or recently graduate, available at least 3 days a week.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Demonstrates curiosity, proactivity, and an interest in soft HR areas.
- Enjoys working with people and easily builds relationships.
- Manages time well and is capable of multitasking to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
