Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of KAM/Junior KAM experience in FMCG sector
- Experience with Discounters channels - beneficial
- Commercial degree, preferably in sales or marketing
- Proven track record of delivery topline and bottom-line results
- Business development/sales management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- P&L – financial acumen
- Confidence to take decisions, exercise autonomy and have a strong bias for action
- High level of resilience and problem solving
- Synthesis of data and insight
- Crisis management skills
- Performance and growth mindset
- Passionate about Tea
- Fluent in spoken and written English - beneficial
- Outstanding MS Office Skills (Excel is a must)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and maintain the relationship with the customers
- Develop, implement, and optimize agreed customer strategy
- Agree a joint customer business plan to meet business objectives
- Proactive searching ways of sales channel development
- Manage the customer P&L for the respective product category
- Negotiate trade terms and trade funding
- Work in close collaboration with the Category, Net Revenue Management as well as Marketing and Trade Marketing Departments for the category input, and banner/channel plan
