Skills and experience:
- Education/ bachelor’s degree in Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions in Logistics / Customer Service
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude
- “Can do” mindset
- SAP TM experience is a plus

The Road Transport Specialist is responsible for the road transport management from Lipton Teas and Infusions entities (factories, warehouses) to Lipton Teas and Infusions warehouses. The scope of the job includes also inbound material deliveries to Lipton Teas and Infusions factories. This is an expert when it comes to road transport within organization who ensures excellent day to day transport execution as well as works towards its optimization. This includes managing transportation orders via Lipton Teas and Infusions 3rd party logistics suppliers with usage of cutting-edge IT tools for Supply Chain.
Your key responsibilities:
- Coordinate road transport with all parties involved (shippers, customers, customs brokers, transport providers)
- Execute daily orders’ requirements to ensure top class customer service
- Track the status of the orders in IT tools and communicate issues, mitigate problems
- Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities on Cost, Service, Sustainability
- Maintain excellent relationship with internal and external partners
- Data collection and support of annual tenders
- Manage freight settlement and logistics quality claims
- Monitor supplier’s performance
