Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in BI development or a similar role.
- At minimum a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Advanced in leveraging leading BI software (i.e., Power BI) to build reports.
- Deep knowledge about overall BI architecture and solutions optimization.
- Ability to translate numerous business requirements to reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling through DAX and power query.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and knowledgeable of SQL.
- Proficient in articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile teams and Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of cutting-edge Power BI solutions across all domains of our business.
- Keeping up to date with leading practices in the domain of Power BI and data visualization.
- Driving user satisfaction by optimizing both the front end (report performance) and back end (data modeling).
- Working with product owners and (senior) stakeholders to clarify business requirements.
- Connecting with data engineers to adjust the data foundation to support solutions (dashboards).
- Being part of user acceptance testing sessions to test solutions together with end users.
- Driving solution adoption by providing trainings, video recordings, and manuals for end users.
- Supporting in the measuring and tracking of solution adoption (e.g., report views).
- Continuously improving the BI architecture to support a growing number of reports and users.
